(Dissociated Press) McDONOUGH IDIOCY IS TOTAL
Researchers at John Hopkins Center for Mis-Applied Intelligence released a 13 year-old long study today, which demonstrated that Delegate Pat McDonough is an idiot.
Summarizing the research, Dr Scooter Peebles said,
"We conducted a word by word analysis of every speech, press release and off-hand comment made by Delegate Pat McDonough."
"Every single statement McDonough has ever made has been shown to be stupid. No exceptions. "
"McDonough even comes off poorly when his patter is compared to the patter of Senate President Mike Miller."
"Ordinarily scientists must qualify the results of the research and refrain from speaking in global terms, but that's not the case here. Pat McDonough is an idiot, a 24-carat, total and complete idiot.""These results are remarkable," concluded Peebles.
